We have four big goals for our class this year:
1. All of us will raise our reading levels by 1.5 years, no matter where are at the beginning.
2. We will have a 100% pass rate on each of our SOLs, and 50% of us will pass advanced.
3. All of us will be able to write a “4-4-4” essay by the end of the year.
Our fourth big goal doesn’t end in the fifth grade. Our final big goal is for all of us to graduate from college or a technical school, so that all of us can live the kind of life we want.
